    Dr. Kemberley Higdon

    Dr. Kemberley Higdon is the CEO and founder of Hudson Publishing. A proud Augusta, Georgia native, she graduated as salutatorian from Paine College, an HBCU where she was also Miss Paine College 2000-2001 and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She furthered her education, earning a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and completing a postgraduate residency at Northeast Georgia Health System.

    Dr. Higdon is also the author of the powerful book, "White Socks." Her personal journey to publishing this story, and the challenges she faced, inspired her to launch Hudson Publishing, a platform dedicated to empowering other authors and bringing diverse voices to the forefront.

    While not a mental health professional, Dr. Higdon is an expert in identifying gaslighting and is a strong advocate for mental health awareness. She actively practices pharmacy in various roles, including Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at the Medical College of Georgia (Augusta University), and as a Pain Medicine Specialist and Specialist in Opioid-Substance Use Disorder Treatment. She values her daily interactions with patients.
